As a result, if you are a patient who will self-pay for this consultation or services, or you have no insurance coverage for infertility, we now require a $200 downpayment prior to or at the time of your visit. This downpayment can be made to us by phone with your credit card prior to the visit, or with our receptionist when you come in for your scheduled appointment.

We recommend that if you are not sure if you have coverage for the infertility consultation or services you are seeking, that you call your insurance company directly and ask if your plan covers the infertility consult or services you seek.
